How can I edit feedback I left for somebody?

Currently, there is no way to edit or remove feedback once you've left it on an order. However, you can contact Hip Support with details on how you'd like to change the feedback you left. A member from the Hip Support team can review the situation with you.

Valid reasons for feedback removal, at our discretion, include:

  1. Clear mistakes (e.g., selecting the wrong feedback type).
  2. Request to withdraw feedback within 30 days, if an issue is resolved.
  3. Failure to read a clear item description.
  4. Proving delivery with valid tracking for orders marked undelivered.

Feedback cannot be altered for reasons like inaccurate item descriptions, resolved issues, or auto-posted feedback after 45 days.
