How do I upload photos via messages?
In situations where you receive an item not as described, we encourage sending the seller photos of the issues directly through Hip messages. Issues typically get solved faster this way, and if Hip Support needs to get involved, our team can see all messages, expediting a resolution.
To send a photo in Hip Messages:
- Locate the order from your Members Area > Purchases and select Contact Seller. If you have an existing message thread, go to your Messages tab in the Members Area where you can select the conversation from there.
- Within the message, choose Select Images to upload photos directly from your device.
- Once you have your images attached and any necessary text added, select Send. You will be notified via email and in your Hip account once the recipient of your message responds.
