What to do if you receive negative feedback?

We know that receiving negative feedback on your order can be disappointing and sometimes unexpected. That said, keep in mind that the buyer or seller of your order is entitled to express how they feel the transaction went.

Feedback is generally unchangeable, but you can request our Support Team's review. Valid reasons for feedback removal, at our discretion, include:

  1. Clear mistakes (e.g., selecting the wrong feedback type).
  2. Request to withdraw feedback within 30 days, if an issue is resolved.
  3. Failure to read a clear item description.
  4. Proving delivery with valid tracking for orders marked undelivered.

Feedback cannot be altered for reasons like inaccurate item descriptions, resolved issues, or auto-posted feedback after 45 days.
