How to Get the Fastest Answer & Reply

To get the fastest answer and reply from our support team, just click the chat bubble at the bottom right of this page or any page in the Help Center.

Once you click the chat bubble, type your question into the bottom of the chat window, where it says "What can we help you with?"
We'll automatically provide you with relevant help articles, but if you still need further help, no worries! That's exactly what our friendly support team is here for. Just scroll down to the bottom of the chat window and click on: Can’t find an answer? - Get in touch
Alternatively, you can click on the "Ask" tab in the chat window at any time.

Important! Please note that the Get in touch and Ask links will not display until after you've provided your answer to the initial "What can we help you with?" question that we ask.
