How do returns work for sellers on Hip?

If an item arrives significantly different than described, returns must be accepted if requested within 30 days.

As a seller on Hip, you have the option to indicate if you wish to accept returns within each listing. If you opt to accept returns, you must accept returns in accordance with your stated policies.

Your return policy should be indicated clearly within the Returns section from your Members Area > Selling > Seller Tools > Default Listing page:

Once the returned item is received, promptly issue a refund through PayPal.

In any case where an order is canceled, or an item is allowed to be returned, it is prohibited to charge the buyer a restocking fee.
