How do I cancel an order and request for final value fee credit?

To cancel an order and receive a final value fee credit, you must file a resolution from your Members Area within 30 days of the order date.

Below are the steps to cancel an order and ensure you receive the appropriate fee credit.

  1. Navigate to the Resolutions page from your Members Area or click on the applicable site:
  1. Select the specific problem related to your transaction.
  2. Input the Order Number or Listing ID associated with the transaction.
  3. Select the reason for the cancellation from the options provided.
  4. Identify the listings within the order you wish to cancel.

Once you have initiated the cancellation, we will review your resolution request. For paid orders, make sure buyers are notified and refunded within five days of cancellation to qualify for a fee credit. You will also have the option to relist the items immediately.
