What are the payment methods for seller fees?

All sellers are required to maintain an active credit card on file. The system will automatically suspend accounts without a valid credit card after 50 days of the initial failure.

Automatic payment by credit card

If you receive a notification to update your payment information, it indicates that the existing credit card details are not valid. To update your card, navigate to: Members Area > My Account > Credit Card page:

Ensure you click the 'Change/Update Card' button to add a new card before clicking 'Delete' on the old card details. Removing a card can result in the closure of your store.

If you encounter issues adding your credit card successfully, contact your bank first to check for any blocks or issues.

Alternative payment through PayPal

Alternatively, you can use your PayPal credits to settle your current balance to ensure your store remains open while you resolve your credit card issues:
