You can switch to an Annual Store Subscription Plan from the Members Area > Store page, or by clicking the appropriate link below:
Under the "Subscription Pricing Plan" section, select the "Billed Annually (1-Yr Plan)" option, then scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the "Save Settings" button.
