Where can I get a sales report?
You can download a record of your sales at any time, for any specific date range, including the past year, from the Reports page by navigating to Members Area > Selling > Seller Tools > Reports page, or by clicking the links below:
For "Report Type" select "CSV - Sales Summary".
Please note that this report will be a CSV spreadsheet file, that will include a list of all items sold, with one item per row. Within any spreadsheet program, such as Microsoft Excel or LibreOffce Calc, you can sum the "Sale Price" column for a total of all items sold by price for the specified period.
However, please keep in mind that it would not be possible to directly sum "Order Shipping And Handling" or "Order Total" as this would include duplicated data for any orders in which there was more than one item.
As Hip is not involved in the collection of payments, if you are looking for information related to your sales for tax purposes, you should generally obtain this information from PayPal.
It is always recommended to work with a tax professional for accuracy on tax reporting.
