How do I place my store on vacation mode?
If you plan to be away for a period of time and are unable to fulfill orders, it is recommended to place your store in vacation mode.
Vacation mode can be enabled, and disabled, from your Members Area > Selling > Seller Tools > Global Settings page or in the following links below:

Setting Your Store on Vacation Mode
With Vacation Mode enabled, a banner will be displayed on top of each of your item listings, letting buyers know that you will be away for a specific amount of time, and will not be able to process orders during this time. While optional, to provide clarity to your buyers, and manage expectations, we recommend always setting a Vacation Return Date.
Setting Your Store on Extended Vacation Mode
If you plan to be away for more than 30 days, you must use Extended Vacation Mode. This mode temporarily hides your store and listings from all buyers, preventing any purchases. Your listings are not closed, just hidden. Please note that while in Extended Vacation Mode, you will continue to incur your normal store subscription fees.
