Where can I get shipping labels for my orders?
We currently do not have a feature to produce shipping labels within the Hip site, however, many sellers use PayPal's shipping label feature.
To create and purchase a shipping label for the order, go to your Sold Orders page (Members Area > Selling > Orders > Sold Orders):
Paid invoices include a "View on PayPal" link, which when clicked, will bring you directly to the PayPal transaction for the order.
From here you can click on the "Ship" link to create as well as purchase a shipping label for the order.
You can also use any third-party tool that integrates with PayPal like ShippingEasy or ShipStation. These tools can be used to sync all of your orders from Hip automatically through their PayPal integrations, as all order details are provided to PayPal.
