How-To: Use Bulk Lister - Item Specifics

Item Specifics

If you would like to provide value for Item Specifics, such as "Main Character", "Stamp Condition", etc., you can do so by adding the appropriate Item Specifics fields to your Bulk Lister CSV file. Review the Bulk Lister > Fields page:

Each Item Specifics field will start with "item_specifics_", and can be added to your Bulk Lister CSV file by adding a new column with the corresponding field name. Alternatively, you can also download the "All Fields (Expert)" Bulk Lister template.

Allowed Values

Most Item Specifics can only accept specific values, as defined on the Bulk Lister > Fields page.

Example:

On HipStamp, the Item Specifics field: item_specifics_05_stamp_format, lists the "Allowed Values" as:
single, block, error, full-sheet, miniature-sheet, multiple, pair, plate-block, plate-number-coil, souvenir-sheet.
Any values submitted other than the ones listed above will not be accepted by the Bulk Lister, and will be ignored.

Magic Item Specifics

Another great way to speed up the bulk listing process is by using Magic Item Specifics, which allows you to omit certain Item Specific fields from your Bulk Lister CSV file (do not include them as columns within your file), and we will magically fill in the appropriate values for you. The following Magic Item Specifics are currently available:
