How to contact a seller about an existing order?
It is crucial that the initial point of contact for any order-related inquiries is the seller, as they can offer direct and immediate updates.
To contact a Seller about an existing order, click on the "Contact Seller" button to the right of the order in question from the Buying section (Members Area > Buying):
Once the Seller responds, we'll notify you via email that you have a new message, which you can view from the Members Area > Messages section:
If you haven't received a response from the seller within 2-3 days, please refer to:
