Updating the Order Status

After shipping the item, it’s important to update the order status on Hip. Here’s how to do it:

  1. Navigate to your Sold Orders by clicking on “Menu” and then selecting “Orders."
  2. Locate the order in question and click the “Mark as Shipped” button. Under Shipping Details, change the status to "Shipped."
  3. If you have a tracking number, enter this information on the applicable field.

Communicating with the Buyer

Buyers typically receive automatic notifications when their items ship, but you can utilize Hip's messaging system to confirm the shipment directly to the buyer.
