How do I close my listing?
Whether your item has been sold through eBay, you no longer wish to sell it, or any other reason to end the listing, here are two different ways to end your listing on HipStamp:
- Go to active listings on the Members Area > Selling:
Click on the "disable" icon beside the listing you want to close:
- Open your selected item and click the "Close" option, as shown below:
If you are closing an auction listing with bids placed, please inform the highest bidder, stating the reason for closing the listing early.
Closing a listing means customers can’t buy it anymore. You can choose to relist it later if you want.
Deleting an item would completely remove it from the system with no option to relist it in the future.
