How do I enable 'Offers' in my store?

The 'Make Offer' feature lets buyers submit offers on your listings, giving you with an opportunity to negotiate prices directly.

Enabling the 'Make Offer' feature

Log in to your Members Area, navigate to Selling > Seller Tools > Default Listing Settings:

Under Listing Settings, select "Accept Offers" option to allow buyers to submit offers on your listings

To make the 'Make Offer' feature available across your entire store, you will need to perform a Bulk Update. For instructions on how to do this, please refer to:

Viewing and Managing Offers

Once you have enabled the 'Make Offer' feature, you can view and respond to offers from buyers by returning to your Members Area > Selling > Offers page:

You have the option to accept, decline, or counter a buyer's offer, giving you full control over the negotiation process:

Automatic Offers

Automatic offers can significantly boost your sales and help you attract new customers. When enabled, we automatically send limited-time offers to buyers who have shown interest in your listings, but only after a set period to help ensure you're not sending discounted offers to buyers who were already ready to make a purchase. The buyer's identity stays hidden until they accept the offer.

You can enable this feature from the Members Area by going to Selling > Sellers Tools > Automatic Offers page:

Choose whether to apply this to "Listings with Offers Allowed" or "All Fixed-Price Listings." Define your discount tiers for different price ranges, and specify the delay in days before the offers are sent. Once set up, save your settings to start automating offers on your listings.
