How do I respond to a buyer's refund request?

Hip is not able to process refunds on behalf of the seller since all payments are managed directly through PayPal between the buyer and seller.

If you have orders that didn't go through, remember to cancel them and ask for a final value fee or transaction fee credit. This way, the invoice can be canceled, and you'll be able to relist the item in your store.
